In part 6 of the recommissioning of this 1983 Ferrari GTS, I get into the engine bay to remove everything at the rear of the engine, including the airbox and air filter, coolant reservoir, smog pump and K-Jet fuel injection. I was really pleased to see that the gasoline that was still in the system had not turned to goo. It smelled of varnish, but it was still very much so liquid and not discolored or sticky. This is HUGE plus for when it comes time to clean everything out.
