Episode 83 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a Traditional Kolhapuri Misal ( कोल्हापुरी मिसळ पाव ) Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬ Today Pooja decided to prepare very famous Maharashtrian cuisine Misal Pav and that too "Kolhapuri Misal" ( कोल्हापुरी मिसळ पाव ). Kolhapuri Misal is famous for it's unique taste and spicy (झणझणीत) flavor. Traditional authentic Kolhapuri misal consist of 4 main components i.e. Potato Sabji (बटाटा भाजी), Moth Beans Sabji (मटकी उसळ), Spicy curry ( मिसळ कट / रस्सा ) and Chivda (चिवडा). Other components are Chopped Onion, Lemon, Paav ( bread ) etc. In this episode Pooja will prepare Potato Sabji, Moth Beans Sabji and Spicy Curry and asseble everthing to make a Spicy Flavorful Misal Pav.
