Winter's Bite is infamous for being one of the hardest custom MvM missions ever made. There is certainly a fair bit of time to be saved here. For example, the final Giant Medic on Wave 2 could be nuked with crit stickies for faster play. The small Uber Medic at the end of Wave 3 also wasted several seconds since we failed to pick it. Wave 4 was pretty messy all around. The Giant Uber Meds all popped and I got one of our Heavies blown up on the right side with a Buster. Still, this is a pretty solid run considering all of the things that can potentially go wrong. The key to holding the front on this map is taking care not to ignore the gate bots swarming from the top right side. Youhei switches between Heavy (no Tank Waves), Pyro (Tank Waves), and Sniper (Uber Meds right side). Our Heavy changes to Spy on Wave 5 so he can mostly solo the right side. We tried Demo for the right side on final Wave but realized that there just isn't enough setup time in a Speedrun to make him worth using for the task.
