Evening reflections from Vancouver Island 🌲 Tonight I went for a walk after a full rainy day of creating indoors and found myself reflecting on something that has been quietly weaving through my life lately. Two worlds I’ve been posting about — fascia and Flow Network — might seem unrelated on the surface. But to me, they are the same conversation. Fascia is the connective tissue of the human body. A living network that connects every cell, organ, and system. When fascia is hydrated and flowing, communication in the body becomes effortless. When it’s dehydrated or stuck, the signal weakens. The more I study fascia, the more I see how living systems actually organize themselves — and how our businesses and communities might evolve in the same direction. For the past few years, Tim and I have been quietly nurturing something called Flow Network. Not as a company. But as a living web of people, communities, and ideas that are exploring new ways of leading, organizing, and creating together. Like the mycelium networks beneath the forest floor, much of this work happens underground before it becomes visible. And lately, I’m beginning to see the first sprouts emerging. In this video I share a few reflections on: • fascia as a communication network • why I see business as a living system • the re-emergence of Flow Network • and why embodied leadership may be the future of how we organize ourselves. If something in this resonates with you, you may already be part of the network. Sending love from Vancouver Island. Sara
