been a long time coming. this works for Nvidia/AMD/Intel, and also works across any game, or program. i mention specifically genshin, star rail, elden ring, kingdom come, and davinci resolve here, but this applies to basically any and all games or programs where you may notice frame drops, menu stutter, map stutter, cursor stutter, application stutter or lag, and low or weird fps. i finally made a video version of my stutter/frame drop/frame time fix from a post i made for genshin 2 years ago. ive had a lot people comment over the course of these posts being up, so i thought id make a more in depth version where i show specifically how to do these things and explain it a bit more. i feel like i still didnt properly explain, since i was just freestyling this, i didnt have like a script or anything or had it planned out. first tutorial, so i was kinda of awkward and also i had the mic a little too loud, so it was peaking, but hope this helps you out. ill give extra context for some of the things i said, in a comment. hope this helps. feel free to share around and also comment any bonus fixes or tips.
