Let's Go Foraging in the Himalayan Mountains

In this video I go foraging in the wild, trying to identify various edible and non-edible plants growing along my trail, and discussing their benefits especially with regards to permaculture. I was able to identify around 30 plants on this hike, most of them were edible, barring few. All the information provided in this video is my opinion and based on my experience, and not to be taken as scientific fact. Please use your discretion before implementation.
