Recipe Courtesy of Polla Food Art Level:Easy Total time needs: 45 min Active: 30 min Serving size: 4 person INGREDIENTS 1 Tbsp Bulgur fine #1 1 jalapeño 1 Tomato 1 bunch Green onions 1/2 small onion 3 bunch parsley leaves 1 bunch mint leaves 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 Tsp Pomegranate molasses-Optional 2 Tbsp olive oil Salt & peppers to taste 1/4 Tsp Dry mint & red chili pepper to taste-Optional 1 Romain lettuce and Pita bread chips for serving. Preparations: Soak Bulgur in lemon juice, add all spices, oil, molasses for 30 minutes. Finely Dice the tomato, onions, jalapeño Finely Chopped parsley & mint (Don’t use food processor) Add bulgur mixture to tabbouleh, carefully combine.
