One time these people were strangers, and now they're family. After having a second seizure at 39-years old, Eric decided to change his life and start his running journey. He created Keep It Movin (KIM), an inclusive running club, to bring people together and ensure that nobody gets left behind.   Eric’s infectious energy and positive spirit inspired both Ben and Charlene to become part of the KIM family. Ben has progressive cerebellar ataxia but pushing his manual wheelchair as part of KIM has helped him cope with the disease.
