This is a good example of the balance in this mod, most of the clergyman's attacks are pure physical, but all his rock throws contain a bit of magical damage as well, and to deflect them I was forced to absorb that damage and calculate it in my overall strategy, plus this really showcases how variable his combos truly are, he has a choice of reactions not just one to each attack, his dagger is too fast sometimes for a double deflection so you gotta tank that damage too. With Maliketh, just like Malenia, deflections become detrimental instead of helping you, so it's back to a more classical Elden Ring gameplay with jump attacks except a couple of panic deflects here and there and a couple potential windows where the guard counter is useful This motherfucker took 40+ tries and the one that made the cut was the least coreographed, clumsiest of them all, but I finally did it, I suggest Swordsmanship to anyone who wants to shake up their elden ring experience and face some genuinely tactical and hard as fuck duels: https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/m...
