In the latest episode of Esquire Freeze Frame, Robert De Niro breaks down scenes from Zero Day, Netflix’s much-anticipated thriller series, alongside the show’s co-creator Eric Newman It tells the story of former president – George Mullen (De Niro, in his first major TV role) – who is reluctantly pulled back into the White House hot seat after a devastating cyber-attack unleashes chaos upon the America’s essential infrastructure. Before long, it becomes apparent that there’s a grand conspiracy at play.
