Spring is officially in full swing at Dalscone, and that means one thing: we are rapidly running out of room! Join Connor for a busy few days as we manage the new arrivals and try to make the most of every inch of space we have. First up, it’s moving day for one of our newest calves. She’s officially outgrown her pen in the shed and it’s time for her to join her friends out in the fresh grass. 🚜💨 With more calves and lambs arriving daily, we also have to move some of the goats and get stuck into some serious "spring cleaning." This isn't just about tidying up—it's about clearing out the old to make space for the new and keeping the farm running efficiently during the busiest time of the year. 🧹💪 But the work doesn't stop when the sun goes down.
