Trangia Alcohol Stove : The TRANGIA 27-3 Ultralight Alcohol Stove Kit is a nice compact cooking solution. It is very light weight, compact and includes the TRANGIA spirit burner which sets the standard when it comes to alcohol burners. I was disappointed to find my kit was damaged during shipping. It was a little difficult to get in contact with the seller through Amazon (It just kept linking to a page that said no returns), but once I was able to get in touch with them, Tazeem was very helpful in resolving the problem and sent a replacement. I would highly recommend this stove and this seller. I bought this for camping and backpacking - though I'd probably leave behind the windscreen and pot holder for ultra light backpacking and use a simpler system (aluminum foil and a basic cross stand). Overall, works very well and took less than 30 seconds to prime each time when using in weather ranging from 30-60 degrees. Very easy to use and set up and folds up well too. I can also put utensils, soap, and a small sponge inside so that I don't waste any space. They seem durable so there's no need to spend extra on HA unless you plan on banging them around a lot. I opted for a nonstick frying pan because that's the only item I figured would get food stuck on it. The only addition I recommend is that for two people, plan on buying another pot holding device.
