Camellia's got a couple of bangers on Newgrounds, and I'm glad to see crystallized being used as well. I know there's some other projects using this coming soon, which I'm still hyped to see regardless of this using it. It's a very popular song, after all, and for good reason in my opinion; it's a banger. This level is special in its own right for being made fully in 1.9. I've uploaded a couple of levels made in the 1.9 editor over the last few years, but they were never close to this in scale. This is 4 minutes long and features a big list of creators, some of which I know from before, while there are others I haven't heard of at all. I'm sure they're more known for their 1.9 builds, which is something I should definitely look even more into considering the quality at display here. Creators such as GrenadeofTacos casually makes some of the best 1.9 design in most of his works, and that's no different here. I think that goes to show just how good the quality of designs and levels in general can get if creators are given enough time with an update. 1.9 only lasted for about 10 months, so the creators didn't have too much time to push the boundaries of the update before 2.0 dropped. People who have been grinding the 1.9 editor to this day show just how good it can look, and that's visible in a level like this. How good levels can get with enough time in an update is also visible nowadays, as we're nearly 6 years into 2.1, and it's clear how far people have pushed the 2.1 editor. Of course, like any megacollab, there's bound to be some inconsistencies throughout. As mentioned, GrenadeofTacos popped off with a few parts, and there's also known creators such as MaJackO and Metalface221 to be found in here. These 3, especially the former 2, typically make quite detailed designs, while some of the creators in this don't really, and that can show from part to part. 1.9 doesn't allow you to make parts much more dynamic than some simple pulses, as there's no move triggers, so I personally find myself liking the more detailed parts. The detail has to be used in a nice way, of course, which makes up for the lack of movements and other more advanced triggers used nowadays. Overall, this is also a bit disconnected from part to part, featuring some awkward transitions and little cohesion in terms of colors, aside from the aforementioned difference in detail. That's kinda the beauty of megacollabs made in 1.9, though, so I can't say I dislike it too much. It's probably a bit unfair of me to compare this with megacollabs made nowadays too, but it's a good ground for feedback nonetheless. All in all, this is a cool 1.9 megacollab with a banger of a song. The team of creators did a good job making some really good 1.9 designs, and while there's some inconsistencies from part to part as mentioned above, the quality remains high. They don't have accounts in-game, so they're not mentioned below, but GrenadeofTacos's dad and sister also made parts in this, which is pretty unique. The level never drops off in quality by much, meaning that they definitely did a good job too. I'm not sure if he wants me to point to their parts specifically, so I'll leave it at that. This will most likely be a higher end Insane Demon. It's set to be verified some time soon, and without any major gameplay issues, this will definitely get a Featured rating and perhaps even an Epic rating.
