making this possible made me wanna kms due to how targeting works i have to bind the player character to the boss i want the current attacker to target, which is why you sometimes see axel attacking the thin air, as he has bind priority. enemies have (afaik) no entity id based targeting system unlike the other games due to how enemies only ever have a single target for cards i had to make it so the currently played card has its team changed, which causes it to become breakable, but doesn't nullify lower valued nonzero cards, meaning i had to make it so the game cancels the attack state of the defending boss if their played card(s) total value is invalid, which doesn't always work changing the team type of a boss' deck breaks too many things next video will show some technical aspects about the way the card system actually works i do take requests aswell 00:00 intro 01:40 battle 08:03 end
