The forum featured candidates for: State Representative Scott County Judge Scott County Sheriff The event was moderated by current District 52 State Representative Marcus Richmond, who is not seeking reelection. ⏱ Forum Start Time: The candidate forum begins at approximately 3:25 in the video. Opening remarks, introductions, the National Anthem led by The Waldron Highschool Marching Band and the Pledge of Allegiance take place prior to the start of questions.
