This video contains the rebuilding, reassemble, assemble part 1 one of the 09G transmission/transaxle from a 2004 6 speed automatic transaxle. This 09G transmission is also known as the TF60SN. The 09G comes is manufactured by Aisin Warner. It is used in some Audi, VW, and Mini vehicles during the mid 2000's. Also contained in this video is work on the 09G solenoids aka resizing the solenoids, upgrading the solenoids, utilizing the Trans Go shift kit. You can see how to drill the valve body separator plates for the 09G. Also shown is the location of the spring-loaded cup plugs and springs. I am working on the solenoids, installing a shift kit, while doing a transmission rebuild. Part of this project includes a valve body rebuild. I also use a valve body kit, which includes valve body upgrades. Sometimes this requires us to resize the bushings. This is a how-to, or DIY video. These same transmissions come in; Mini, Audi, BMW, VW. Symptoms may include; won't shift, shifts funny, hard shifts, late shifts, limp mode, and other transmission problems. This transmission repair is conducted on a 6 speed, automatic, 6F21WA, 09G Transmission. It may include the use of a fabricated 09G solenoid tool.
