Mantua , a Town Divided, over a Chief that used Excessive Force on a 76 year old man!

I went to the town of Mantua and saw a town divided it was patently obvious from the film and from the picture of a 76-year-old man was excessively thrown to the ground and excessive force was used on him by their chief of police. This small man was attacked by a huge chief of police, who did not use his de-escalation skills or common sense and as far as I’m concerned, broke the law. What I saw and heard is that this man is a danger to society and should not be in law-enforcement. And he must be barred from law enforcement for the rest of his life. This man is a a threat to everyone in Utah and any place else he would seek employment in law-enforcement !
