I am a survivor of many injuries on the whole. More specifically, the injuries I have developed as a musician were some of the most debilitating and frightening ones. I have endured both Carpal Tunnel Syndrome & Tendonitis and I am happy to say that my playing has survived the ordeal as well. When I started playing I'd never heard of, "musician injuries." I had no idea that a guitar injury was going to be part of my future as a musician and that there was going to be ongoing mitigation thereof. If only there were a "guitar carpal tunnel prevention" system in place? But, there wasn't! You will find an amazing median nerve stretch for carpal tunnel syndrome in here that you gotta try! These Musician/Guitar Related Injuries are truly demoralizing. Aside from that they are painful. There is an emotional side to going through these potentially "side-lining" injuries that can make the musician feel as though they truly will never play again. Herein I teach you how to self-diagnose whether you have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome via a few different tests. I also teach you how to stretch. I discuss Tendonitis and finally I give you a pro-tip which has helped me keep any injury at bay for many years. ** corrections** Herein I say "medial" nerve. I meant to say, "Median Nerve." Also the C5 and T1 are NOT your top rib, but instead vertebrae. Annnnd THAT"S why I'm a guitarist and not a Physiotherapist! ;-) #carpaltunnelsyndrome #tendonitis #musicianinjuries #guitaristinjuries
