Exploring the Windows CE European Trial Box

This video comes from WebTV Discord user Upwader (‪@cyio‬), who purchased it off a Portuguese auction site. There are several interesting things to note about this box, but the most important thing is that unlike any other known WebTV box (other than UltimateTV), this one runs Windows CE. It's also truly unique as it doesn't connect to an actual service. Instead it's entirely self contained, much like other WebTV competitiors at the time like WebPal. In addition, it also features certain changes to the hardware to better support European markets, like SCART inputs and outputs.
