Ranking Every Utility Passive in Genshin

Utility passives are an often overlooked part of every character in Genshin. They may not be a super flashy part of their kit, or help them find their place in the meta, but they're a fun detail to reflect the character's personality. I've been thinking about these a lot lately, and thought it'd be a fun idea to rank them, cause some of them offer substantially more value than others. Also, I just wanted to get some quick, lower effort video out there. University has started up again so I don't have nearly as much time to work on videos anymore. I do still want to keep making content, since it's a super fun pastime, but don't expect frequent uploads anytime soon. Additionally, something was up with my microphone settings when recording, and there are a lot more pops than I'd like. I edited out as many as I could while keeping the audio in good quality, but there were some I couldn't get. Terribly sorry about that, I'll try to have that fixed for the next vid. Finally, I only realised while uploading this that I just completely forgot Ineffa. No clue why, I think my brain might've just grouped her into the Minimap markers, since at the time of writing, every other Nod-Krai character had that. I'd probably put her skill right below Mizuki's. It has a similar trigger, and while the effect is better, it's not amazing, and it has an annoyingly low chance to actually proc. Fits her super well too. Seriously have no idea how I just never caught that I was missing an entire character.
