Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital Bimanual Brain camp

Zarya Kocik made the journey from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories to participate in the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital’s annual Bimanual Brain Camp, a fun and exciting one-week camp for children with one-sided weakness that would benefit from participating in activities to work towards independence. The camp allows pediatric outpatients to interact in socially engaging activities among their peers while Glenrose rehab staff create therapy opportunities presented in fun and exciting ways outside the hospital. This year’s itinerary included an interactive afternoon at the Telus World of Science.
