In this lesson you will learn the phrases relating to hunger, eating excessively and feeling full. For instance if you are really hungry you can say I'm starving or I'm famished. There is also the less frequently used form "I'm ravenous". Then if you are feeling full you can say "I'm full", I'm full up" or "I'm stuffed". There is also the special sentence pattern "I haven't had anything to eat..." You will learn a lot more if you watch to the end. ➡️ SPOKEN ENGLISH PLAYLIST • සුද්දෙක් වගේ ඉංග්රීසියෙන් කතා කරන්න Speak... ======================================== Chapters 0:00 Intro 0:28 hungry 1:03 Starving 1:15 Go get something to eat 2:31 haven't had anything to eat.... 5:20 haven't had a proper meal 5:48 Ravenous | Famished 7:03 Starve to death 7:22 I'm not hungry 7:38 ate way too much 8:49 Pig out 9:58 Stuff oneself 10:36 Overate 10:54 I'm full / I'm full up 11:19 I'm stuffed 11:41 Can't eat another bite 11:59 have had enough 12:15 Example 12:54 Summary Learn Spoken English in Sinhala with Hari Lesi Engreesi, the ultimate online school of learning English in Sinhala.
