C3A ChamferMate® bar, Stud and Tube Chamfering Machine. This C3A is equipped with a 2-tool head so it can chamfer the OD and deburr the face of a solid bar, all in one easy step. With super fast cycle times, the C3A is a great way to increase production. The Model C3A ChamferMate® is a compact chamfering and beveling machine that features a rigid one-piece ductile iron vise, top plate and spindle housing, linear ball rails, a heavy-duty three-bearing spindle, and an electronic variable-speed drive to provide years of dependable service. The ChamferMate C3A is most commonly used as a deburring machine, but with the 5HP motor upgrade, can be used for pipe beveling applications as well. With a 1/2" to 3 inch OD capacity (2-1/2" pipe), solid bar, bolts, pipe, and tubing can be machined or deburred easily and efficiently.
