“Three Kingdoms” is the finale of the Global Canvas album. The video blends live-action & animated footage to bring the music’s epic spirit to life. While the album’s opening track, Dream of the King, focuses on King Munmu, Sinmun, and the legend of the mystical bamboo flute called "Manpasikjeok" This piece draws inspiration from the grandeur of the ancient Korean confederacies and King Munmu’s unification of the realms in 668 CE. The music combines Western and Korean instruments, featuring Jo Yoon-Jung 조 윤정 on haegeum 해금 (two-string fiddle), Eun Ji Kim on janggu 장구 (double-headed hourglass drum), and John Taewook Lee on buk 북 (barrel drum) and kkwaenggwari 꽹과리 (small flat gong). The video also showcases performances by Ron Korb (bamboo flute, bass flute), Victoria Yeh (violin), and Soohyun Nam (cello), with additional studio performances by Sharlene Wallace (Celtic harp), Margaret Maria (cello), Jeff Alan Greenway (piano), George Koller (acoustic bass), and Larry Crowe (percussion).
