Part 23 covers June 28th–July 11th, 2020, as major exterior and interior progress happens all at once. The forms come off the new front planter, revealing its chamfered corners and built-in deck support. Crews pour the front walkway and install hidden drainage piping that routes roof runoff through a sand-settling basin before heading to the drywell. Rear deck paver installation wraps up after plenty of grinding and fine-tuning, while Hardie siding tightens up the exterior. Front deck framing begins, with posts, beams, joists, and stair stringers taking shape. Inside, sunroom tile layout confirms the perfectly sloped floor, heated floor elements are staged, and the master bath wet room tile work advances — including the shower niche and linear drain.
