This is result 1 of the film about indigenous peoples in Norway and the rainforest, climate change, rainforest, cultures in Norway and Brazil. It was very well received as the opening of the world's largest climate conference on rainforests that we in Medvind produce today and tomorrow. A big thank you to Opan and the wonderful people we visited. An amazing trip to the Enawena Nawe tribe in the Amazon. A tribe discovered in 1973. They met us with curiosity and warmth. Humble and kind and beautiful people seriously proud of their deep roots and traditions. No bad mood just happy people. A meeting that I will remember forever. A tribe with music and rituals as an essential part of their daily life. The musical rituals started at 16:00 in the afternoon and lasted until 20-21 in the evening and then they started again at 04 at night and lasted until 08-09 in the morning. These rituals they do every single day the hole year and maybe they have been doing this for many thousand years. The philosophy is that they must keep the spirit going on so the world doesn’t collapse. They strongly believe in the power of nature and defend their beliefs.
