Our flight reach Bangkok at 4:30 local time and then we took another Airasia domestic flight from Dong Meong Airport to Phuket. Valid Passport with at least 6 months of validity and with 1 blank page. 2. 2 Passport size photograph. 3. 2000 THB (in cash only) as Visa On Arrival fees. (They asked for 2200 THB and we got receipt of only 2000 THB) 4. 10k THB in cash for person or 20k THB cash for family. 5. Hotel booking receipt in Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi etc 6. A flight reservation showing leaving Thailand within 15 days from the date of entry. Visa From Thai Consulate in Kolkata: 1. Valid Passport with at least 6 months of validity and with 1 blank page. 2. 2 Passport size photograph. 3. 4000 Rupees (including Agent fees) as Visa fees. 4. 20k THB in cash for person 5.
