On the 16th of March we were back at the amazing FS Suspension track in Totana, Spain. This very large track is always in top notch and for that reason a favourite of Jac and Kayden. FS Suspension also builts and designs tracks on other location and their expertise is very noticable. Besides the track being very well laid out and challenging for riders of all categories, it is also a beautiful track. Palmtrees line the surroundings and the backdrop with mountains is stunning. It was also a very beautiful day here in South/East Spain with temperatures of about 30 degrees Celsius in March! In total Jac and Kayden did 4 rounds of laps and as always improve with each round. The FS Suspension track has a few very good jumps which both Jac and Kayden jump higher and further each time. There is also a few good long stretches where the bikes can get pushed to the limit in terms of speed (also good to keep the spark plugs clean :-) ). Going to the FS suspension track on the 16th of March was a little surprise. We were due to go to Ceuti again in preparation for the race in a few weeks. However on Friday night we got a message that there was something wrong with the irrigation of the track. After speaking to Carlos of the Family 15 Racing we decided to go to FS Suspension. A great decision because it was an amazing day. There was a good turnout of our team and there was also other riders from other teams and a few private riders. All in all a great day for everybody. Both KTM 125 SX, 2024´s held up very good as always. Last week we upgraded the clutch and brake levers with bend back ones. The original KTM ones kept snapping in half after the tiniest of falls. The video is again a bit longer than the last few weeks. In Ceuti it was very hard to make good shots and besides that we needed to jump in a lot as there was many people getting stuck in the mud (literally bikes up to the axels in the mud that took 3 people to pull them out again). From this coming week we also start training during the week again after Jac and Kayden finish school on Thursdays. It is not confirmed yet, but it looks like we will go to Abanilla. The track where it all began for both boys. Abanilla has no irrigation so it is a very dry track. Of course there is pros and cons to that, but Jac and Kayden both always enjoy it there. It is also a great track for good photos and videos.
