He led the MLOps team at Virgin Media O2 supporting 40 data scientists in delivering impactful AI solutions to 48 million customers. Gleb is now leading GenAI and data platforms at Electric Twin that enable real-time human behaviour simulation and evaluation. In his spare time, Gleb is an active organiser of the London MLOps community — Europe's largest MLOps meetup. He is also committed to knowledge sharing through blogging and speaking engagements.
