Shows the milling of a #0 screw (.057" dia) on a Tormach 1100 Series 3 with a Microarc 4th axis. Design was done in Fusion 360, and the manufacturing extensions were used to create the tool paths. UPDATE: After making this video, I started doing some validation on the screw and it took me a while to realize the threads are reversed. I made a left-handed screw. The design is correct, but in the post processor I had the 4th axis listed as X-reversed. It needed to be just X. My fourth axis rotation direction was not correct, but it previously did not matter because the parts had symmetry in that axis.
