I show you what it is like on board, from the cabin experience to the in-flight meal, before touching down in Karachi. After clearing immigration, my first mission was to grab some cash from the ATM. With all the local taxi apps out of service, I had to negotiate for a ride to my hotel, and yes, it ended up a little overpriced. Once checked in, I give you a full tour of what $50 USD gets you in Karachi. Then it is time to explore. I head to a local spot for some beef haleem, a rich Pakistani favourite that tastes like a hearty beef stew. Craving something sweet, I wander down the street to Delhi Sweets, where I pick up a box of chewy, sugary treats.
