A Dinosaur Kale Surprise - Wisconsin Garden Video Blog

For several months, Richard’s been asking me to make some Dinosaur Kale chips. Since we had our first frost last night and early this morning, I knew the Dinosaur kale was getting sweeter and I wanted to do something different. I told Richard I was going to make him a kale surprise. Now that’s very difficult to do since he’s filming me so when the time was right, I asked him to leave the kitchen, and wait for his surprise in the dining room. This video records his reactions to what I made him. Now I have another successful twist that really pleased his taste buds.
