The Volks Electric Railway

We travel down to England’s south coast for this visit, to see how this unique operation works. The railway was the brainchild of English eccentric and engineer Magnus Volk , built to operate electric trains along a portion of Brighton beach and has successfully operated for over a century now running passengers back and forth using its vintage electric rail cars We’d like to thank Maurice and Sam from the railways operations and James for allowing us to see behind the scenes whilst the railway undertakes its busy winter maintenance period and wish them all the best for the future busy operating seasons.
