Ngong 360 cable car to Ngong Ping Buddha is Hong Kong No.1 tourist Spot to visit. The cable car starts from Tung Chung very close to Tung Chung MTR exit B. The cable are ride to top is 25 minutes. One can also go up by Bus journey takes about a hour. Once you arrive Ngong Ping there is Ngong Ping village with lots of shops and cafes and restaurants. Po Lin monastery is also there which is also a must to see.Avoid weekends as many locals also visit.Weekdays is less crowded. There are breath taking views of Tung chung city views when you go up in cable car also views of Hong Kong International airport.
