We were fortunate to get the opportunity to see the inside of the old church in Williston. To see the beautiful design of the church building and to find out that the stone used to build the church was mined just outside of town, was so interesting. A local resident who has lived in the town since 1961 and is virtually a historian on the town, then gave us the keys to the gate leading to the old Corbelled houses about 20km outside Williston on the Fraserburg road.
