In this video i am exploring the old Streets and Markets of Istanbul. The Uzunçarşı Street (read:uzuntsharshi) is a great slope, stretching from the north of the Grand Bazaar to Eminönü district where the Spice Bazaar is located. Uzuncarsi Street is an old shopping street in Istanbul. If you start this walking tour of Istanbul from the Bazaar, you walk easy, downhill to your destination. This area is one of the old markets of Istanbul since Ottoman, even Byzantine times. At the end o the road the Rüstem Pasha Mosque, one of Istanbul's finest mosques is located but unfortunately the restoration is still going on. Enjoy Walking in Istanbul 2019 with this video.
