Subscribe to our channel for more simple home made recipes!    / @samandfengcooking   Instagram:   / samandfengcooking   Printable recipe: http://samandfengcooking.com/ Recipes: Meatballs: 1 lb ground pork 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon sage ½ tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon summer savory ½ teaspoon ground coriander Honey Garlic Sauce: 3 garlic cloves, minced ⅓ cup honey ¼ cup water 2 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1. Mix all seasonings into the ground pork and scoop into evenly sized balls. 2. Flatten the meatballs slightly and put the skewer in halfway, continue for all meatballs. 3. For the honey garlic sauce, add the minced garlic, honey, water, rice vinegar, and soy sauce to a pot. Cook on medium heat and boil for 10 minutes to thicken slightly, set aside. 4. Heat up a large pan and add a little oil, fry the pork skewers until browned on both sides. 5. Add the honey garlic sauce over the meatballs, cook on both sides for around 5 minutes until the sauce is thick and coating the meatballs. 6. Add scallions for a garnish.
