In this video I do a quick comparison between the Tosin Abasi Fishman Fluences and the Ibanez V7 & V8 pickups. I felt that the two guitars used are similar enough spec wise to give you a good idea of the differences with these pickups. The one with the Fluences is an Ibanez RG3EXFM1 and the one with the V7 V8s is the Ibanez RG2EX1. They're both in D standard/Drop C with 10-52s. I used my EVH 5150 III EL34 50W through my Torpedo Captor into my Scarlett 2i2 2nd generation. In the Wall of Sound plugin, I used the Brit VintC cab and a Dyn 57. Everything heard in the video is raw and unprocessed. Any changes in volume are the differences in output between the pickups and the different pickup selector positions. I know I forgot a couple of modes in the video, but I realized as I was editing the video.
