The first stage of this channel, almost two years in the making, has been dedicated to my first organic commercial garden in Madrid (a market garden for English speakers). These are things that have allowed me to grow abundant food for the local Madrid market for more than four years in just 1,000 m². In July 2022, I'm moving to Portugal.
