Pozole day is traditionally on Thursday here in the state of Guerrero and Acapulco is no exception the restaurant is only open on Thursdays until they sell out. We had the 'snack' which consists of all kinds of different small snacks and then had a red and green Pozole (green is the traditional from here) The food is so good here we've had a lot of Pozole here in Mexico but the food and friendly service here was exceptional, they even gave us mezcal on the house and gifted us some little clay cups!!
