Shreya Krishnan is the Managing Director of AnitaB.org India, with nearly two decades of experience across marketing, corporate communications, CSR, and inclusion-led leadership. A changemaker at the intersection of technology, ethics, and gender equity, she chairs the Policy Advocacy Committee for UNESCO’s Women for Ethical AI (South Asia). Shreya has worked with leading corporates and startups including Aon, First Advantage, CoreObjects, and Wooqer, and is the founder of Onyx Communications. A certified NLP Practitioner, Gestalt Master Therapist, and POSH trainer, her work blends leadership, mindfulness, and advocacy for inclusive workplaces. She is the co-author of Words Matter: The Language That Girls Need to Speak and a recipient of several national and international accolades. Beyond her professional work, Shreya is a published poet, trained dancer, theatre artist, and sustainable fashion blogger, bringing storytelling at the heart of everything she does.
