ICCT Colleges proudly celebrated the 2nd BSC Rank Pinning Ceremony of the College of Criminology and Administration on August 30, 2025, at the Marikina City Sports Park. The ceremony honored the more than 1,900 students of the Class of Alabkas 2027, marking a significant milestone in their academic and professional journey as future leaders in criminology and public service. The event was made more meaningful with the presence of distinguished guests who delivered inspirational messages to the students. PCOL Feloteo A. Gonzalgo, Provincial Director of the PNP Rizal Police Provincial Office, encouraged the students to remain steadfast in discipline and service, emphasizing the importance of resilience and holistic well-being. PBGEN Joselito M. Daniel (Ret.), former Dean of the College of Criminology and Administration, reminded them of the values of integrity and honor in their chosen path, as well as the importance of maintaining a high passing rate in the PRC Criminologist Licensure Examination. LTJG John Paolo R. Bautista, RCrim, from the Coast Guard Education, Training and Doctrine Command – Philippine Coast Guard Regional Training Center Bataan, and a proud BSC alumnus of Class 2018, inspired the students with his own story of perseverance and success. PLTCOL Abigael V. Daniel, MD, Chief of the Occupational Health Section, RMDU 11, Health Service of the Philippine National Police, graced the ceremony and witnessed this momentous moving-up event. In her welcome message, Dr. Vivien Co Say, President and CAO of ICCT Colleges, expressed her pride in the students’ achievements and highlighted the importance of discipline, honor, and commitment in shaping the next generation of criminology professionals. Despite the thunderstorm that tested the resolve of everyone present, the solemnity and significance of the event prevailed. The ceremony stood as a true testament to the resilience and unity of the ICCT Colleges community, reflecting the unwavering dedication of the Class of Alabkas 2027. Their successful rank pinning was not only a symbolic rite of passage but also a powerful reminder of their readiness to face the challenges ahead with courage, service, and determination.
