On July 12, 2007, firefighters responded to a house fire in Sykesville, Pennsylvania. Joey Lynn Offutt, the who lived there with her two children and infant son, was not there nor was her car. Her two older children were staying with relatives. But the firefighters found the body of the infant, Alexis Brolin III, in the bathtub. It turned out he was dead before the fire was started. The father of the baby had not been able to get in touch with Joey in a few days. Joey's car showed up four days later at her old apartment complex in a town 68 miles away. Joey has not been seen since. But oddly, her car had been seen at the house in between the time the baby had died, and the fire was set. There are a number of theories as to what happened (you can learn Ken Mains' theory on his channel which I will discuss during the show). Did Joey kill her baby and run away? Did the father of the baby kill her and the baby? DId someone else she was involved with have a hand in it?
