No Zatra or feast fair is complete without the Khaje stall. I wasn't a huge fan of kadio Bodio because I couldn't bite into them but mum always made sure to buy some before we made our way home after the Feast mass. You'll need : For the sticks 2 Cups Besan/Gram flour 1/4tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Veg Oil Nearly 1/2 cup of water To coat 1 Cup Sugarcane jaggery 1 Tbsp water 1/2 tsp colour (optional) 1 Tbsp Ginger finely chopped 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds I forgot to mention in the video... Turn off the flame once you add the sticks to the melted jaggery. The ones in this recipe have the right amount of sweetness but if you prefer sweeter then increase the amount of jaggery acc to your taste. It's much easier to make this in a chakri maker but since I didn't have one I improvised. Thanks for watching! and thank you for always showing continuos support!
