Drunk 20-Year-Old Gets Her 2nd DUI After Flipping Her Car Loaded with Friends

On September 23, 2023, Habersham County Sheriff's Deputy Trammell responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident. He arrived to find a Toyota Camry resting on the guardrail. He was informed by witnesses that the 20-year-old driver was speeding at around 120 MPH at the time of the crash. While speaking with the driver, Deputy Trammell detected the odor of alcohol and observed other indicators of impairment. The woman admitted to consuming alcohol earlier that day and even mentioned that she had been arrested for another DUI 2 years earlier. The woman was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests, which included a portable breath test. the result was 0.250% BAC. The woman was arrested for DUI and transported to the Habersham County Detention Center. She submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.156% BAC. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. The outcome of her case is, unfortunately, unknown.
