Cranky's Drop Tower is a Drop Tower flat ride manufactured by Zamperla which opened in 2008. To ride Crank's Drop Tower, guests must be at least 1.05m in height. Cranky's Drop Tower is located towards the back of the lower part of Thomas Land next to Rocking Bulstrode, Harold's Helicopter Tours and the Thomas Land Shop. It stands on the former site of Robinson's Land, a themed area sponsored by the soft drinks brand of the same name.  Thomas Land officially opened to the public on 15 March 2008. An expansion of Thomas Land with additional attractions and private party rooms opened on 8 April 2015. There is also a Thomas Land located in Fuji-Q Highland Park in Japan which opened in 1998 and has some similar rides including Go Go Balst Road which is the same as Rocking Bulstrode and Shuppatsu!
