Welcome to my playthrough of Rise of the Reds (ROTR), a mod for Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour! this is Mission 1 of the fan made ECA Campaign diving into fun with all the new troops brought by the ROTR mod About Rise of the Reds: Rise of the Reds (ROTR) is a mod for Generals Zero Hour that adds new factions, units, and an enhanced storyline to the original game. About Europe Fan Made ECA Campaign this is ACT 2 The events of Remus City and the Anthrax Pools has led to an event that millions feared yet a few wanted: War between the ECA and Russian Federation. To the ECA's surprise, Russia shifted its main army from Africa to the European border during the latter stages of the superpower's African Campaigns. This has allowed Russia to strike at eastern Europe with little to no resistance from the ECA. With the main army still in Africa, a few battle-hardened ECA Generals rush to the defence of the Europe's vulnerable eastern nations.
