Police seek Beaumont man, 30, accused of attacking his pregnant sister

Law enforcement in Jefferson County is asking for the public’s help to find a 30-year-old Beaumont man accused of attacking his sister and assaulting a pregnant woman. Jefferson County Sheriff Zena Stephens said authorities are looking for Jarell Lee and want him taken into custody. “Appalling is an understatement,” Stephens said. “I need our community to help me find an individual, Jarell Lee. He assaulted a pregnant woman. We need him in custody.” Police were told Lee previously slept on his sister’s back porch, but he is no longer there. Authorities also checked a secondary address, but no one answered the door.
