Ghost In The Shell anime movie released in 1995 is one of my all-time favourites. I always wanted to get the hexapod tank in the last fight scene in the movie but did not come across a good one until I picked up the Lego hobby a few months ago. This is a personal creation by Cole Blaq Customs in 2017 consists of over 1,200 pieces of Lego brick. It amazingly captured the appearance of that tank. The articulations are decent and I quite like the size. Cole Blaq Customs has made a building instruction available for purchase online. You may visit the link below. The original model looks fantastic already. However, I want to add more texture to the look so I used some of my 1/35 military model painting skills. I think it has brought this piece of work to another level, although I know usually Lego hobbyists do not paint their work. In the video I also added some gun firing motion effects, using my very limited editing skills. The gun fire flash reflections were taken frame by frame with a moving light source. The muzzle flame effect was free content downloaded from the web. The bullet traces were extracted from real gatling gun firing video. Sound effect was real M134 mini-gun also found from the web. Ghost in the Shell 1995: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_i...)
