So, Unity2020 would be a team, a drafted of two Patriotic, highly capable, courageous people. Both agree to co-govern… make decisions as a team… at the end of their first term, they switch positions and run again. The two draftees will be a balance… it will be one person from the center right and one from center left. No more partisan nonsense. Simple as that. We will need a groundswell of support by the population at large for any candidate to want to accept this draft. The plan is carefully crafted to not be a spoiler… Included is A kill switch… a fail-safe… if at a pre-determined date, the ticket has no viable path to victory, they drop out of the race. It will not be a spoiler for either side. The plan, so far has returned results that we thought it would… just shocking that it is pulling nearly-perfectly equally from Biden and Trump voters… The plan was first announced by Brett Weinstein on Joe Rogan... then Bret goes into the republican side… Fox News, Tucker Carlson… Then to the Hill… Rising… This isn’t about left or right… This is not about a particular candidate… This is bigger than that… This is not about Andrew Yang… this is not about Admiral McRaven… Yang and McRaven are simply the first / top choices. this isn’t even about a Trump or Biden… This is about the corrupt political parties that continue to hand pick candidates behind closed doors in smoke-filled rooms. This is the best time that I have seen in my 47 years on this earth to challenge the corrupt duopoly. Polls show that 70% say this is the lowest moment in American History. I was 20 years old during the 1992 LA riots…I was literally there… on the ground… that was a pretty low point… I was 30 years old during 9/11 – The towers fell… we attack Afghanistan… Bush is telling us that Sadaam has Weapons of mass destruction… we attack Iraq… Our troops in gas masks… that was a pretty low point… people think we are at a lower point than that… unpopular presidential choices, global pandemic, race protests, economic disparity, the country is divided like I never seen before. We need to do something different. So let’s look at the race scenarios… what will happen? Scenario 1) Groundswell is effective… shows overwhelming support by the people… Yang and McRaven both accept the draft and win the presidency… the power of the corrupt duopoly is destroyed. A real people powered movement is successful. Scenario 2) Groundswell is effective… shows overwhelming support by the people… your preferred candidate (mine is Andrew Yang) decides they cannot accept the draft… that candidate will earn accolades from their party for not turning against them and we move onto the next candidate. No harm, no foul. Scenario 3) Groundswell ineffective nobody accepts the draft because the market for a 3rd alternative isn’t there. The election moves on… Vote Biden or Trump. So, listen… we should not expect any candidate to state publicly that they would jump on board until we create that groundswell of support. A politician would be seen, by their party, as a turncoat to the party of they were to accept. BUT, if there is a large enough demand by the population… any candidate that places country above party would be willing to accept the call. Anyone that asks any potential candidate if they support the idea, at this early stage, is either being disingenuous or simply does not understand the plan. We should not be asking potential draftees until the groundswell takes hold. We do not want to create a problem for any politician… we want to create an opportunity… but again, we need popular support first. The end result is, the plan is an intelligent plan. The time is right the details are right. We the people simply need to stop being afraid of the two parties. The people have the power, if we stand together.
